Baking Bread in a Cozy Kitchen Coloring Page

A bear family bakes together in a cozy kitchen: one kneads dough on a floured table, another peeks at loaves in the oven, and a little cub stirs a bowl of muffin batter. Jars, a fruit bowl, potted herbs and a sleepy cat fill the room. It is a warm, detailed scene for older kids.

Pip’s fun fact

Bread rises because of yeast, a tiny living thing that makes bubbles of gas inside the dough.

Try this together

Bake simple bread or muffins together. Let kids measure, pour and stir, and watch through the oven window as the dough rises.
