Coloring page of a smiling crab with raised claws walking sideways on sand

Crab Scuttling Sideways Coloring Page

A happy crab scuttles across the sand with its claws raised in a cheerful wave. Its round shell and chunky legs are easy for little ones to color, and a single shell on the sand keeps the background simple. Orange and red are classic, but purple crabs are fun too.

Pip’s fun fact

Most crabs walk sideways because of the way their legs bend, which lets them scurry quickly across sand and rocks.

Try this together

Have a sideways crab-walk race across the room, then count how many crab steps it takes to reach the other side.
